Since 1996 CTM Hellas has taken on a multitude of tasks, beginning with an inhouse re-organization and upgrading mission for a major European cruise line. In the following years the firm consulted a number of start ups and developed business plans for various private clients, including a major Greek passenger shipping line. 

 

The firm's clientele has been very wide ranged and includes financial services firms, ship owners, government agencies, regional & municipal bodies, cruise line international representatives, local cruise operators, tourism associations, shipyards, embassy trade departments, private investors and funds. In 2003, CTM Hellas was appointed by the Australian passenger vessel brokers IBS as their business development representative in Greece. 

 

The firm also initiated a dynamic push to abolish Greek cabotage back in 2004 and together with Seatrade Organization and HATTA (Hellenic Association of Travel & Tourism Agencies) co-organized the two international conferences that started the ball rolling . In 2010, the firm began an exciting cooperation with Posidonia Exhibitions on the Sea Tourism Forum events. CTM Hellas is  often invited to speak in various conferences, has published numerous articles and occasionally cooperates with  international trade publications. 

 

In recent years the firm became  very involved in marketing, operations and product consulting for ports and destinations, usually on behalf of port authorities, municipal port funds, chambers of commerce and regional government agencies.
