Chrissie was born in Perth Western Australia, Panos is an Athens born Greek-American and both are former senior cruise line executives with international careers. They bring a well rounded range of expertise to the table, with unusually extensive field experience in worldwide cruise operations. Their combined professional track record covers the full scope of the cruise business and includes sales and marketing, corporate public relations, new product launching, air-sea-land programs, airline & vessel charters, deployment and itinerary design, destination surveying, shore excursion program development, agency contracting & supervision, cruise revenue management, product development & quality control, passenger services & operations, hotel and F&B operations, entertainment & cruise programming, concessionaire contracting & contract policing, crew & staff training, start up operations, manning & purchasing, plant maintenance, newbuildings & conversions, ground handling and field supervision.

 

During their cruise line careers they have been involved with cruise operations in the Mediterranean, Black Sea, Middle East, Caribbean, Bahamas, Bermuda, North America & Alaska, Central & South America, Africa, Indian Ocean, Central &  S.E. Asia, Far East, Oceania and Pacific Ocean. They have both worked closely with local and regional authorities, ports, airports, port agencies, inbound tour operators, airlines and hotels to develop and manage complex multi-destination cruise programs. As Royal Cruise Line colleagues in the mid-eighties, both Chrissie and Panos were involved in the planning and execution of pioneering shore programs in India and China, as well as managing the earliest turnaround operations in China. Chrissie spent her entire career with the Royal Cruise Line brand, including the period under Kloster (NCL) ownership, whilst Panos also worked for other brands, spending a number of years in London, Miami and Hong Kong.
